Rochelle Dicker Receives Heroes & Hearts Award at Annual Event

Dr. Rochelle Dicker was honored at the annual Heroes & Hearts event held by the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation. The honor was bestoyed in recognition of Dr. Dicker's exceptional and inspirational work on behalf of patients and the community. Heroes & Hearts began in 2006 and brings the Bay Area community together to:

• Celebrate the essential role The General plays in our City and its community impact
• Continue the Hearts in San Francisco project
• Honor local heroes whose actions improve our community
• Raise funds to support the Foundation’s mission

The fundraiser is the Foundation’s largest source of unrestricted revenue. Proceeds from the luncheon are used to fund the Hearts Grants Program. These grants are awarded to innovative programs and initiatives at The General that will result in improved patient care and have the potential to develop sustainable funding.
